Whether you're
doing Integrated Recovery work with me or not, you may find these
additional resources helpful. The message boards are free blog
sites where members share their BPD struggles and receive empathic
peer support, encouragement and suggestions from each other. I haven't
read the books listed below (except for Lawson's), but a few clients
have found them useful. The songs are mostly 'oldies' you'll probably
relate to, if you've had your world turned upside-down by a Borderline
(or just listen to 'em for fun).

If you've found
the courage to break away from someone with BPD, and you're being
bombarded with text messages and phone calls that feel crazy-making,
shaming, guilting, cajoling/seducing--but they're pleading with
you to return, make sure you read this psycho-woman
phone message log (thanks to Dr. Tara), to help you maintain
NO CONTACT.

I apologize
if some of these links to songs don't open. I'm hoping to rectify
this soon, by giving you the music without going through YouTube.
I'm a bit of a techno-bimbo, so you'll just have to bear with me
for awhile. Thanks!
